At “Al Fierale” – Toscana Grill the products used are all genuine products from local farms and zero food miles. In our restaurant we serve only “Chianina IGP certificated 5R and Beef cattle bred in Valdorcia, besides pork meat “Grigio” of Valdorcia and Cinta Senese.
The pecorino is really of Pienza from local producers indicated on the label.
Vegetables, bread and desserts come from the local producers or handmade. Extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, honey and jams are from local producers indicated on the label, the same for the wines, beers, liquor etc… coffee is Illy branded.
The dishes of “Al Fierale – Toscana Grill” just taste the flavors of this unique land and of its traditions.
